Our Jozef Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot grapes from our vineyards on Mount Gerizim. Aged for 10 months in French oak, this wine boasts a deep Bordeaux color, offering pleasant tastes of blackberry and cherries with oak aromas and a delicately sweet finish.
